Online Mobile Solution System (OMSS) – An online service and repair management system to support the technicians of a mobile phone repair company with multiple service centres.

Challenge

A client involved in a multi-industry human resource consulting business required a platform to augment their consulting practice in areas of Performance Measurement and Management, Training & Development, (T&D) and Skills Enhancement deploying an online training platform for training staff and interns with a focus on management, entrepreneurship and other communication skills.

Solution

Plutustree leveraged their knowledge of business process workflow to design a system in record time. The process included customer walk-ins, warranty management, AMC, cost estimation, warehouse stock management, job order creation, job assignment, reverse logistics (job transfers from L1, L2 to L3, L4, reverse transfers upon job completion), quality controls, billing, delivery and customer satisfaction tracking and reporting as part of the system.

User interface design was based on ease-of-use basis to ensure simplicity and no requirement for hours of training. It also was mandated that the system work with maximum database optimization to ensure performance with low internet connectivity.
